Love Exploring is excited to announce the launch of African Safari, our biggest original wildlife experience yet and the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the platform.
As the first major release under the stewardship of NewRedo, African Safari introduces seven brand new characters who are ready to inspire families, schools and explorers of all ages to discover nature in a whole new way. From majestic elephants and powerful lions to playful hippos and stealthy crocodiles, every character has been lovingly created with its own personality, fascinating facts and exciting adventures. Together, they transform local parks and green spaces into unforgettable safari experiences, bringing wildlife, storytelling and exploration together like never before.

Every character has been carefully designed to entertain, educate and inspire. As you explore your local park, you will uncover fascinating wildlife facts, discover fun challenges and enjoy memorable encounters that make every visit a new adventure.
Celebrating Africa Through Language
One of the most distinctive features of African Safari is the names of our characters. Rather than choosing names that many people might expect, we have taken inspiration from Hausa, one of Africa's most widely spoken and culturally significant languages.
Hausa is spoken by millions of people across West and Central Africa, including Nigeria, Niger, Ghana, Cameroon and Chad. By choosing Hausa names, we are celebrating the incredible diversity of the African continent while encouraging curiosity about its rich cultures and languages.
Each name has meaning, giving every character its own identity and helping children discover something new as they play.
As they say in Hausa: Sannu da zuwa Welcome.

Launching This July African Safari begins launching across participating Love Exploring parks from July 2026. Keep an eye on your local Love Exploring trail because you never know when you might come face to face with Zaki, Giwa, Dorina or one of their safari friends.
